Per's wife was looking for a very special Christmas present for her husband. She knew he liked the 'Put On Your Happy Face' lithograph with the unapproachable ostrich. But the original was sold. That's why Julie Bidstrup made a variant with small adaptations for Per.
He loves handball, and technical terms such as 'French cross' and 'Russian screening' are in the background. The ostrich girl has a blue flower in her hair instead of the original pink. 10.10. stands in the background, which is the couple's wedding day. And finally a ring consisting of 3 hearts on her finger, which symbolizes Per's 3 girls.
