Returns
Online orders can be returned within 14 days from the date of recievement. You are expected to return the product in the same condition and quantity as received. You will pay the shippment, wich is expected to be sent track and traceable. Please make shure you keep receipts and documentation as a proof of you sending the product back.

We do not accept receiver pays options. Please use shipping methods that are traceable for you own sake in the case of the shipment goes missing

Gallery Bidsart commits to refound the price of the product as soon as possible, but no more than 30 days after we recieve the product..

Please note: When buying at the gallery the danish laws is binding. The minute you have seen, bought, and payed for the product the deal is final. No exchange, no retuns. Same rules goes for exhibitions, fairs or other events where the gallery is represented.

If you order on line for later pic up in the gallery, the 14 days exchange/return policy is not valid. In this case the payment is processed immediately and you are responsible for pic up from the gallery in reasonable time. If you wish to wait with the pic up more than a couple of weeks, please contact us and we will arrange it.

No exchanges/returns for Buisnes to Buisness transactions or art associations. No exchange/returns on sale items, unless otherwise agreed
