Here, the buyer wanted a painting with air and a simple expression. The focus should be on motherhood, a hard childhood, but a circle which is closed and where she herself is the best mother she can be for her daughter.
The sketch is Picasso's and is a raw, asymmetrical line of a mother looking tenderly down at the child in her arms. Dandelions, Copenhagen, love, circles and time. And finally a corner where you can turn over a new leaf. 'I'm Fine' stands on the clean sheet, and hides a hidden message if the picture is turned upside down. Right in there where it's all about vulnerability and armor.
